The Vitaprotech Group, a fast-growing player in the security market in France and Europe, announces the acquisition of Neo InSys, a company specializing in the design of security and safety systems, based in Montigny le Bretonneux near Paris.
Since its creation in 2011, Neo InSys has been recognized for its expertise in intelligent, efficient security solutions, and in particular for its customization of the hypervision and supervision systems of Prysm, a company based in Aix-en-Provence that has been a member of the Vitaprotech group since 2022. In just 12 years of existence, Neo InSys has succeeded in building a network of strategic and complementary partnerships, enabling it to offer its customers a wide range of solutions.
Founded and managed by Stéphane Langlois, Neo InSys has enjoyed continuous growth since 2011, with a significant increase in sales over the past 4 years, reaching 4 million euros in June 2023.
The integration of Stéphane Langlois and his team into the group’s Intelligent Monitoring division will enable Vitaprotech to strengthen its expertise in hypervision. This acquisition adds a new dimension to the Group’s offering, with a reinvigorated organization, new talent and an established brand, enabling it to meet the demands of an increasingly demanding market.
