We are excited to announce that Pierre Guibert has joined Vitaprotech as our new Executive Vice President Finance / IT / HR and Group CFO. With over 25 years of experience in finance and administrative leadership, Pierre brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that will be instrumental in driving our growth and supporting our ambitious goals.
Pierre’s journey in finance and management began with a Master’s degree in Finance/Management from NEOMA Business School, where he laid a solid foundation for his career. He later enhanced his expertise with Executive MBA programs at HEC Paris and IMD Lausanne, equipping him with strategic insights and a global mindset that he has applied throughout his professional life.
Over the years, Pierre has held senior positions in a variety of industries, working with notable organizations such as Renault, Volvo, SEB, and Navya. His roles have always been centered around finance and administration, where he has consistently demonstrated his ability to adapt and lead in diverse environments.
Pierre’s career is marked by his international experience, including three expatriations to the United States, where he lived for over a decade. During this time, he gained invaluable insights into global business practices and developed a deep understanding of cross-cultural management.
His time abroad has equipped him with the skills to lead teams from different cultural backgrounds, always aiming to create a collaborative atmosphere that encourages innovation and collective success.
At Vitaprotech, Pierre’s mission will be to steer our administrative teams and play a pivotal role in achieving the company’s strategic growth objectives. He is committed to building a culture where every team member feels valued, empowered, and motivated to contribute to the group’s success.
